WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN INITAL CONSULTATION?
At M.L. Martin Law, we understand that this is possibly the most challenging time you have experienced. At the initial consultation, we will take the time to understand your goals and how we can help you achieve them.
We will start with some introductory questions to assess what issues need to be addressed first. We will then tell you what is the law position when applied to your specific case. Lastly, we will try to devise a short-term game plan and discuss your concerns.
We do not take the approach of telling you what you want to hear. We take the approach of telling you what you need to hear without sugarcoating the situation. We want you to be able to make an educated decision.
If we both decide that we are a good fit, then we move on to draft the contract and begin working on your case.
